November Board Meeting 11-3-2009

Treasurer’s Report:
Shawn provided this month’s Treasurer’s Report. He mentioned that our checking account went up around $7000 from the monies received from the Bob Evans Farm Festival, however, mentioned that we were still waiting on the bill for the ice cream. Our income from the farm festival was $8043.65. He also reported that Margaret Evans won the entire split the pot fund and donated back to the endowment.
Shawn also discussed that there was a decrease in one of the CD’s due to a donation to the Phillipines for disaster relief. There was also $115.20 that was raised for the Relay for Life effort through the auction project. Deb motioned to accept the Treasurer’s Report, Mel seconded, and all were in favor. (more…)
