THE GALLIPOLIS ROTARY CLUB BLOG

A number of Gallipolis Rotarians volunteered some personal time on Christmas Day to help with a free community dinner provided by Dave’s American Grill.  Owner and Rotarian, David Smith, asked fellow Rotarians to take some time and help out a few hours.  Those that responded enjoyed the fellowship and helped feed an estimated 500 diners.

Volunteers included Chuck Clark, Cathy Clark, Kevin Petrie, Dave and Shanna Smith, President Bonnie McFarland, Melissa Kimmel, and Greg and Jane Sojka and daughters!  Bonnie brought a box of elf hats to help put everyone in the mood.

	Gallia County Commissioner, Justin Fallon and Rotarian Chuck Clark washed a lot of dishes!
	Our host and Rotarian, Dave Smith, spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen washing pots and pans.
